~20% Steaks

~25% Roasts

~20% Other cuts (braising ribs, stir fry strips, brochette cubes, osso bucco, brisket, stew beef)

Cost is $14.50/lb for the exact amount if beef cuts in your order. All products come vacuum sealed.
