Our 1/4 Beef Share will offer you around 80 pounds of premium product.

~20% Steaks

~25% Roasts

~20% Other cuts (braising ribs, stir fry strips, brochette cubes, osso bucco, brisket, stew beef)

Cost is $17.50/lb for the exact amount if beef cuts in your order. All products come vacuum sealed.

Please contact us for availability and to reserve a share. We ask for a $250.00 deposit to reserve your 1/4 share, the rest will be payable at pick up.
